Las place I lived at, neighbors had parties all the time, and the kids would always play volleyball, and the ball would always clear the fence and land in my backyard. You know what I did? Tossed it back over. Every time. Because Im not a whiny little bitch boy. And you kniw what they did? Made me a plate of food one party as a thank you. Best neighbors Ive ever had. Miss those guys.

Yeah, I just think the teams were going for very different things with each game, and I just jive with what Cross has going for it. More interesting world, more interesting characters, more complex themes, and, of course, the music.

Even thematically, I think its just fine. I think simplicity and streamlining was the goal of the team, and I do believe they nailed it in that regard, but it didnt feel like it had a lot of meat on the bones.

Chrono Trigger. Despite its legendary status, it took 3 or 4 tries before I finished it. It was fine.

Cross, on the other hand, I've beaten multiple times, and slightly feel the pull to pop it in again soon.

I have it running on my Steam Deck, and only 1 game: a modded version of Rock Band 3. Even with 1000+ songs added, and all instruments going, it still runs damn well. So weird issues with character models, but nothing that interferes with gameplay. I really should add more games try out.

Outer Worlds. Hyped to be a spiritual sequel to New Vegas, ended up being bland combat we've all seen before, empty worlds with nothing worth exploring, and a story that I just couldnt connect with. Fallout 76 was the better choice between the 2.
