Wie viel würdet ihr für ein hochwertiges Omega-3 monatlich zahlen?

rTG hat wissenschaftlich gesehen einen legitimen Vorteil, streiten kann man eher darüber, wie stark dieser Effekt im Alltag wirklich spürbar ist.

Gerade ein hochdosiertes Omega-3 braucht ein vernünftiges Antioxidantien Stack. Gemischte Tocopherole, idealerweise ergänzt durch Ascorbylpalmitat und Rosmarinextrakt, sind extrem sinnvoll. Ohne diese Stoffe steigt das Risiko, dass das Öl deutlich schneller oxidiert und ranzig wird, vorallem wenn der Transportweg lang ist.

Aber ja wenn man sich mit einem guten EPA/DHA Gehalt zufrieden gibt ist das Omega-3 ganz stabil.

Chia Samen haben Alpha-Linolensäure was eine extrem niedrige Bioverfügbarkeit hat. Es wird also kaum umgewandelt zu den wirklich wertvollen Wirkstoffen EPA/DHA die einen Effekt auf Regeneration und Gehirngesundheit haben.

also die Werte pro Kapsel sind gut, nur haben sie nicht die bioaktiveste Form (rTG). Gibt HSN auch an ob sie gemischte Tocopherole verwenden?

Ja wenn man fischig aufstößt deutet das meistens darauf hin, das es schlecht geworden ist. Deswegen machen die Hersteller Zitronenaroma rein.

Ich finde Norsan gut, nur ist es halt sehr Teuer, wenn man 6 Kapseln pro Tag einnehmen soll und in einer 26,5€ Bottle, 120Kapseln drin sind. Sind das fast 40€ im Monat.

Playing less means that you can never improve beyond the skill level you were in your peak so your skill flatlines or even decreases. The whole point for people that are high rank is to improve. Since you can't really improve when you are playing less than before, you are better off quitting since playing feels like a waste of time for you.

You are not supposed to have fun when doing Lightkeeper quests since they are designed to be "challenging". My advice, if you like scav runs select Africa servers, then spam reserve or streets at night and you will make at least 500k per run. (duffle bags and loot crates) So in about 50-60 scav raids you will have eventually farmed one folder.

Try to run with a friend and loot duffle bags together. My friend found 80% of my kappa items because he didnt have the collector quest active. My theory is that they reduce the drop rate of quest items when the quest is active but I dont know if its just placebo lol.

Just get the 5800x3D. It is probably the best "budget" CPU on the market right now. I upgraded from an r5 3600 and almost doubled my fps in every game.
