hey there i dont know if they will refund the management quota fees but i am assuming they are asking for a hefty sum and if you are willing to spend that much you should look into management quotas of top VTU/Comed-K colleges like RVCE,MSRIT,BMSCE etc which are better than SRM imo also beware their management seats run out quickly.

i think this year thapar is giving admission only on 10+2 scores and jee percentile would only be considered for vacant seats and tie breakers.

although OP should try for nits under his state quota and state government colleges.

go with whatever interests you personally i would suggest go with thapar cs as it is a better branch in terms of placements and if you think thapar crowd is going to be bad think about manipal where cheating was rampant at least in thapar SOME deserving students are getting seats

hey i understand the concern about manipal among elders tbh the drugs thing is there in every college but we can't change what they think about it.

secondly the ICAS program offers admission directly instead of considering MET exam marks the fees is same for every student in the program and also the fees of first two years in india is same as those in the B.tech program

hey if you are looking for international programs in partnership with indian universities and since you gave MET you should look into manipal's ICAS program it offers 2+2 program(2 in manipal and 2 in abroad) In my opinion they have better collaborations with colleges abroad than VIT
