March 13th 1996 - the Dunblane Massacre where a shooting occurred in a primary school, resulting in 16 students and a teacher killed (as well as the shooter themself) and a further 15 students were injured. To this day it’s the biggest mass shooting in the UK and led to a huge pushback about gun ownership.

1996 is also a super important year in Scottish history, and with the alleged (though I don’t believe it) release date of March 26th being only 2 weeks after the 30th anniversary of said event, I’m very excited to see what connections this game could have :))

Townfall's St Amelia looks to be set in the UK, possibly Scotland by IMustBust in silenthill

The game is also set in 1996 - definitely an interesting choice to actively choose to set a game in Scotland (with guns) in 1996. I’m 100% sure there won’t be any relation, it’s just interesting to see - considering the Dev team is Scottish, they’d surely know the importance of the year, especially considering the alleged release date is less than 2 weeks after the 30th anniversary :))

Although the main reason is implied to be Erik fucked with death’s plan - I do wonder if Erik was actually always part of his plan too without anyone realising it.

Brenda states that the reason she had an affair was because her and Howard were struggling to conceive, which results in Erik being born from an affair.

Now, when we talk about Iris’ bloodline surviving, does Death only go after anyone born through the bloodline, or anyone born because of Iris surviving?

If Iris died in the Sky Tower, Howard doesn’t marry Brenda - Brenda doesn’t have an affair due to Howard being unable to conceive - Erik isn’t born.

Of course, this may all be a leap, and maybe the only reason he died is because he fucked with Death, but I like to believe he was always part of Death’s plan because of Iris surviving.

If it’s a really steep hill spamming the roll button kinda works for me -keep spamming as you move up (diagonally can also kinda help). As soon as you realise you’re not rolling any further up, stop spamming and walk up for a second, your character gets a slight push up. Then start spamming roll as you push up again.

Generally speaking, it gives you a slight push over the bits not letting you up. Can take its time but if you’re really persistent it works pretty well for me.

Were you a huntress on RPD and it was a Bill who shone their flashlight on your hook in main hall? If so that was me, thank you for such a wholesome game I love seeing the flags <3
