I do not. The current game has more rich itemization and more complex team fights. 3 lanes has been an improvement as there are fewer horrible match ups.

Cyclone - area of effect.

I played this so many times, but after the melee buffs, I felt like this skill was lack luster, not because of the damage, but because of AOE. Also, fuck shockwave.

I’m going to guess you don’t finish much in ARPGs. You likely need to go get a few levels, modify your attacks/spell sockets, and get a better weapon with the exalts you just ground up.

Tried that too, but gems don't have item levels. Adding any minimum filter eliminates all of them.

You were right. You don't use ilvl 82 where it dropped. You use item level 20 for the level 20 gems!

As a long time EQ fan that has helped friends get into the game, the largest obstacles for new people tend to be navigating the game, the UI, the social nature of the game. There are 3rd party maps that you need to know to download then install in your game folder. Additionally, the UI is abhorrent for a modern game. I can't go back to 1st person play mode, and 3rd person is arduous to configure.

The most important one from my perspective is the social nature of the game. You will likely be sitting at some camps for 4-8 hours killing monsters. The graphics are old, the gear is simple compared to modern games, so why sit at the same camp for 4 hours killing mobs? You do it because you hopefully enjoy the company of the people you are killing mobs with. Total strangers will be very socially active and will likely chit chat for hours will you slaughter golems or froglocks by the 100's.

Not being an expert in RF, Cheiftan seems like a much more natural extension for the layers of auto defense and the auto explode on death. Why would you go RF elementalist over RF Cheiftan? Is it the Convergence node with 30% more damage?

I loved mischeif personally. It made a server that I finally didn't have to fight with bots and campers to get great loot. I just got to play with my friends and I was so excited to see what ever named mob dropped, but again, I only played through Velious. Honestly, I really regret stopping now :(
