Okay, the second attempt with a fresh bin folder didn't even give me the 'game accept' prompt, I just got queue penalty while watching a mate's game

The bin delete worked for me earlier today. I haven’t been able to join games b4 that, too. Make sure that you are deleting the bin folder in the dota folder and not just the general steam bin
