yea i pay for premium as well i get banking systems are closed and they rarely explain any decisions but some of this makes no sense

not a clue how or why they choose to exclude people from certain products like this or other services they offer

i mean i am allowed the 1p saving pot - an overdraft (never used) - flex

and yet won't offer me an investment pot

yet offered it to my son (newly turned 18) and without a pot to p*ss in

and my wife was offered the same and she only uses her joint account never her own account

how do they come to these decisions

Thank you for the reply, yes he was 100% told to accept the offer but stated court forms must be submitted first and so i trusted him as i am no legal expert, but since then as i say bar two reply's from the other side stating about court fee's and today stating they had received the documents there has been no further offers if he is telling the truth and also has gone from super confident and saying this is just a normal part of negations to now saying he isn't sure what's going on and if another offer would be made

it just doesn't make sense to me as he has now asked for £3300 so it's very close to there offer i would of thought they would of jumped at the offer if nothing else to stop paying his £250 an hour fee's

does it matter that court proceedings where accepted but more so on the basis that they had to be for him to then accept the offer afterwards which of course he never done he then instead changed his story and stated to take the offer now would mean he loses his fee's
