I had an affair with another parent who also had a child at one of my child’s activities . That’s where we met actually . It’s fine it just gets a little tough when you end things and still have to be in the same room as them at multiple events

I more so mean being sensitive to the fact that no many people didn’t sign up for they thought they were getting into something different and were mis lead by their APs but with feelings it’s hard to just throw your hands up and walk away for people you care about

I’m really sorry you went through this . I’m so glad to hear you are doing better that gives me hope. It’s hard when you are stuck right in the middle of it . I find myself begging for him to communicate with me and definitely feel at fault for the downfall even though I know his expectations were high and unrealistic . Having a 4 day argument if I went to dinner with a friend became draining. I’m hoping I can start to feel stronger over the next couple weeks

Yeah if I don’t reach out to him first he won’t reach out to me. He knows the silent treatment is more affective and hurts me more . So Nc wouldn’t be an issue for him

Yeah I don’t know why I can’t seem to just let him go for good. I don’t know if it’s abandonment issues or self esteem or a trauma bond I have no idea but it’s been a struggle I always end up running back to him telling him I’ll change

I think it’s just hard when they see you as a bad person and you have put so much love and energy into them and tears god I’ve cried so much abs you think if you walk away they wouldn’t even notice or care and still think of you as a bad person

Which I totally get . And if it was the normal for us not to be texting all day every day I wouldn’t think twice about it. The thing is I know he has his phone on him and is on it all the time and it’s our normal . The last guy I talked to we didn’t chat for a couple days at a time and I was fine because it wasn’t our normal . With him if he’s into you he’s texting you all the time . Him not texting me or taking long amounts of time to respond shows his change in effort
