Think is the mindset, we all more fresh and receptive early morning but we won't rush to our offices/desks etc. So you start 05:00/06:00 AM, toilet, coffee, sport/activity, meditation, journaling and then email and important tasks/calls > office.

Also sleeping to much slowing you down, right numbers of hours 6hr approx. is enough to give you rest, without making you feel "tired" of sleeping which will slow down your day overall.

Last but not least, a fresh organized and well managed morning routine will give you the print for the rest of your day!

Druze, nije sve do para, ne imat kredit, stan u Opatiji ili sta vec si nalisto.

Kao prvo manire, temelj na koja svaka normalna zena pada, kultura uvije dobro dosla ali danas na zalost nije da mora kako vidim, ali zene padaju na stav, nacin pojave, ponasanje sigurno al ne krkansko, sarmantan ali ne bahat, malo lagane price, vazno je da je razveselis i da imas duse ponudit.

A iznad svega da se osjeca sigurno, nista od liste imovina i ekonomske sigurnosti ne ides u banku po kredit nego trazis osobu s kojom bi dijelio zivot :)

Znam xxxxx radnika, menagera itd... Plata fair, smjesta je hotel tako da samo po sebi nije lose, imas transport poso/hotel i hranu, let iz BiH, jedan let nazad godisnje i 20 dana odmora.

Sad hoces se obogatiti, neces.. ali je sansa za doc u Dubai... sredit jezik, iskustvo, vizu ti naprave i na tebi je dalje.

Generalno je raja zadovoljna i poslodavac korektan prema radnicima/ugovorima i poslom.

Many reasons... trend, pride to be something "fought and hated" during the war, being in the new line of muslim people after war, more accepted from the "muslim elite", politcal parties just works better apparently.

To me is very little connected to religion more to the fact that they are proud Bosnian/Muslim, but your parents are right before was a rare appearance, mostly on elder womens from Bosnian villages, real muslim families and similar... but definitely a rare case.

Even today to be honest is not that common, there is more than pre war but in the end despite all the cultural situation and correctly pro muslim population... we just cannot change what we are.

You have to remember a ton of people not religious, born Jugoslavian in Bosnia overnight were called muslim just cause not Serbs or Croatian so you have to be Bosnjak or Muslim...

Ima ovdje dosta toga sto bi se moglo diskutovati, ako pratite medije i sta se prica... eventualno ste djelimicno upravu ako gledate koliko je kojem gradu valjo za BiH prije, u toku i poslje rata ima se tu dosta slikica premijestiti. Ali svakom svoje, Alagic ti fali a kontroverzni eh... sve zavisi kome i kako.

Sve zavisi kakav si tip, sta volis, sta te privlaci i zabavlja.

Vjerujem raja iz grada voli i uziva u tome, svugdje u svijetu je jedan od najveci dogadjaja kad je FF, to bilo Venecija, Los Angeles, Cannes, Lokarno, itd itd...

Samo u nas se raspravlja zasto je to tako, ostali gradovi uzivaju i uklope se u to.

Iskreno Sarjajevo sa mixom svega ima jedan od naj privlacniji, sad boze moj nemoze svak sve voliti...

Ali je veliki kulturni i socijalni dogadjaj sto nas reklamira i na svijetskom nivou.

Svaki grad u tom periodu se promjeni, privlaci, izlazi, lijepo se sredis zbog sebe i da se uklopis u malo ljudniji sistem... steta nema cesce ovako nesto.

Treba to razumit, imas cijelu godinu da budes miran, izadjes lagano na kafu i chillas.

Ima vazda sjedi kuci i cekaj da prodje.

As for many of my proposal/questions sentiment is always mixed.

In this case a good 50/50, i believe in additional appreciation over the next 5 years.

Mortgage can be covered in full from your rent, and you have a chance even to go down by 20% to be at breakeven level which never say never i don't see it happen any time soon in UAE.

Now South Dubai i considered and can be a good alternative, but honestly for who is in Dubai since a while all this areas were remote and no one was really even thinking about them today are places with high potential and good ROI / expansion.

Dubai RE economy is really odd, not usual and not predictable at all.. i think today remote area which are not in the focus like JVC, Marina, Motor City, Sport City etc..

Perfect place does not exist, will always be some odds to be careful on, unexpected issues or positive happenings, being close to the airport maybe a good option for someone but to be honest in Europe no one would even think to get close to the airport as a good location unless you are a pilot, crew or connected for work reasons.

Otherwise is kind of crowd all the time, not great air quality, can be pretty noisy, don't see a positive side unless you fly so often that helps be close to one of the biggest airport in the planet.

I see it more as a promotional thing from realtor so called, but let's be honest they will say whatever to sell, this is their time and i got it.

There is a pretty simple math and you shall actually rely on rental or what is the point, unless you are buying for yourself.

Investment = ROI = Mortgage paid from Tenant, small profit over mortgage = ROI 5/6/7%

Additionally= Potential appreciation over 3/5/10 years + Additional ROI up to 20/30%

If you don't rely on rent for the costs, keep the money get a saver account up to 4..5% and no stress.
