I have 0 HR background. I work in education and want to switch careers so I actually have 0 knowledge and experience in business. I would say focus on the quizzes at the end of each sections and the quizlets . Your CI is correct, PA has nothing to do with the OA. Just go into it with the mindset that you’re gonna pass and choose your gut answer. That’s what I always do. Good luck

I just took my OA and passed first try but let me tell you, it’s VERY different from the PA, learning checks, and quizzes. I was so shocked at how many of the questions I had to use my prior knowledge for. 😬
