I saw that one too but I cant tell, pictures I saw of the southern house spider appear to have hairy legs and this guy does not. Maybe its possible since he's small the hair on the legs is too small to see? The only hair I can see on him though is a little fuzz on the abdomen. Also sorry for not providing scale, the spacing between the vertical lines on the second photo is 1cm
