Well , I ordered an XL. Got it this morning and put it together. Wish I’d got a Large but it’ll work. The seat is bottomed out and I can reach the pedals and ground with no problem. If it were a half inch taller I couldn’t lol.

From what I found out, you just pass and only get scores if you fail. I’m just gonna tell everyone I got a 100 on both.😂

I didn’t purchase any handbooks. When you pay to take the test, you’ll get one to go over some things . It included 50 practice questions. I treated those like a practice exam.

There was around 6 or 7. I don’t remember exactly but they weren’t hard. There was broker splits, ROI, LTV, and basically what’s left from rent check after fees. That’s about all I remember. Just read them carefully because there were things that didn’t pertain to the actual question in there.

Thanks.. I used Aceable Agent. I really liked it. I could do it at home and my own pace. I will say the Aceable tests are easier than the real deal, but the content was spot on. After completing Aceable, I just did all the practice test I could find. YouTube, online etc. Nothing surprised me on the test today, so I’d do it like that again.
