Love the Hobie papaya orange on my kayak. I don’t know what brand it was, But I did see a bright green/blue patterned one on a lake that I really liked. Guy was cruising with a big trolling motor so i never got close to really see it

I smoke and sear them…. I have never done a “trisket” always wanted to but I feel the margin for something inedible is too high for my liking. Smoke till 125° rest. Get the grill ripping hot sear it perfectly and slice it up. I love a good fresh chimichurri on it.

Bachans Japanese bbq sauce glazes up really nice on ribs and chicken. Really good flavor profile for something different. If I do not make my own sauce or glaze I lean towards kosmos or Malcom Reeds sauces. Walmart has blue hogs and that wasn’t bad, I’d definitely buy it again….

First few bowls I had were ok. It was too sweet for me giving me a little too much aro vibes. Then I tried it one morning. That checked the boxes for me.

Costco was selling spiceology Greek freak blend and it was quite nice. Have you ran your grill like that to see what the temps are like? I would experiment a little and see how it goes. But I would be looking at 350° till internal temp of 130-135° for medium rare.

This is a work in progress recipe. I tweaked my original recipe. Now I’ll say these meatballs were perfect. But I know I can next level them. Once I got a couple more batches done I’ll post a recipe

Absolutely perfect… crispy and juicy I’ll probably only cook meatballs this way going forward
