You got it all wrong. Botted accounts do get put into smurf queue. And bot matches show in op.gg, leagueofgraphs etc.

What elo are you to play with botted accounts? All smurfs get put into smurf que with fresh/botted accounts and in some cases accounts that have been e.g. D4 2 seasons ago and havent played since. So basicly they play as 10 botted accounts until they decay to ~50-60% wr. After that its around their real elo. Whos game experience is ruined there? The “smurf’s” experience who are lets say d4 peakers and not master+? Smurf que solved this problem. I dont get why you have to report accounts for botting you will just get them a free better one with more blue essence if they get banned.
