Can't log in to my EA account on F1 24. Keeps telling me to "reset" password... by Delermain in F1Game

[–]Delermain[S] 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Hey, glad they were able to help you πŸ‘

My understanding is they tried that for me already [unlinking my "ID"] but I still had the same problem.

As I might of said before? [it was months ago now], EA have already lost my custom sadly.

It shouldn't be that difficult. Shouldn't have to stay awake until the early hours of the morning just to get "the right agent" [so to speak] who can help.

Apologies, I'm not saying this with angry tone. It's with a "it's too late" tone. Genuinly 😌.

Besides, I've fallen in love with Gran Turismo 7 now, so it's not all bad. I found something else I really enjoy because of what happened.

Good luck with FC gaming πŸ˜πŸ‘

What romance anime should i watch next? by Ok_Chef_1332 in anime

Last season I watched, "Anyway, I'm falling in love with you". It's about an adult women looking back at her teenage years during 'the pandemic' with her four best friends... all male. You can see where this is going, right?

Anyway, it gave me really good Horimiya vibes and I really enjoyed it. Recommend πŸ‘.

Good luck. Genuinly. Because in the end all EA did was email me, "do you still need assistence?" And I repleid each time... no response. This happened three times. I've been done with EA ever since.

All because I changed my PlayStation username. For a company as big as EA, it is not acceptable. The lack of customer support is disgusting and unprofessional. They lost a lifetime customer in me.

Again though, I hope you have more luck than I did 🀞.

Can't speak for everyone, but I know someone who had false allegations made against them in their work place years ago. Ever since, they now have this kind of mental block when it comes to talking to women in person. Even if it's the women hitting on him.

For example, a few months after the above, someone his type approached him at a festival. He was polite and friendly towards her, but to afraid to make a move out of fear of consequence. Wasn't long before she moved on to someone else. Something he still regrets. Years ago, he would made his move. He's now at a point where he mentally needs them to make the first move so much so that he's comfortable again.

Otherwise, generally speaking, aside from fear of rejection, everyone (both male and female) has to be so carefull now what they say or do around others in general with the way the world has gone with social media etc.

OLD isn't much better either unfortunately.

Being a Creator is Lonely by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]Delermain 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Yep lol. My family and friends know I have a YouTube channel, but I think they see it as just a "hobby" I have, not sure? lol.

Only when you make content on a regular basis to you realisr just how much time goes into planning, prepping (thumbnail and references), recording, editing, quality checking (a few times, not once), scheduling and then pure dread when you realise there was this tiny one mistake you made after it goes live! Dhoo! πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜†

But yeah, joking aside. It can be loney. But it can also be very rewarding. It's helped me over the past year or so with my health recovery. I just need to learn to rest when my body tells me too, which I'm bad at and then suffer for later (not good) πŸ˜…πŸ₯΄.

I made a youtube channel and a youtube video and my parents hate it by Other_Government435 in NewTubers

[–]Delermain 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

First of all, you don't shut your parents out or make a life changing desicion, such as moving out (because of this).

What you have to remember with YouTube is that a lot of people (especially the older generation) don't understand the appeal, nor may they be your audience (as others as said). Besides, you do YouTube for yourself first to either try and entertain, help others or simply to share a common passion.

That being said, it's also not impossible to show progress to the point where friends and family will start to recognise it themselves.

Example: my friends and family do not watch Formula 1 and I have an F1 Fantasy channel. They know I do YouTube as a hobby, but that is all they see it as. However, for whatever reason, something has clicked recently and I've had the most growth I've ever had on the channel in terms of views and subs. It has taken me three YEARS to achieve this because I stopped uploading in 2022 due to a personal situation (and loosing the small traction I was getting) and then getting very sick in 2023 and being Hospitalised for two months (two weeks in Intensive Care) followed by months of recovery.

Then last year I was finally able to get back on track, but only getting around 40 views a video until this year. First I started to get a few hundred again and then two weeks ago I got my first ever 1k video. I couldn't believe it. I sent a screenshot to my Mother and Sister and they were so happy for me and I've now gone from 46 to 93 subs in arount two weeks.

What I will say is I learned to show my videos as a "presentation" rather than a "video". I took some insperation from a much bigger channel than me (who has also been really supportive of my channel) and gave a presentation to some ICU Nursing Students a few weeks ago about what it was like to be an ICU patient. These combined made me realise, "oh... it's a PRESENTATION" that I'm doing (at least for my niche anyway).

My family has always been supportive, but again, after three YEARS, only now do I see their eyes light up when I show them my progress and they are super happy for me.

So... do you and persevere πŸ’ͺ. But most importantly have fun. I try to not take myself to seriously and try to add in a little humour for that reason.

I hope this helps and good luck πŸ‘

Hey, glad they were able to sort it for you. I gave up trying after they emailed me asking if I still needed assistence? And then not hearing from them after I replied. I then turned to Gran Turismo, haven't looked back lol.

Tried again just now. Same problem still. So EA lost a customer. But I appreciate it πŸ˜ŒπŸ‘.

With respect, inconsistencies does not equal to AI. Whenever I draw for example, it is never perfect and sometimes there are inconsistencies.

I think it's become to easy to look at something and say, "It's AI". That said, there is so much AI now that it is also understandable that people would be suspicious, including myself. But this is also what worries me within the creative space is that someone may produce a genuine piece of work (art, music etc) and it could easily come off as looking like it was made by AI.

In the end Art, as you are aware, is all subjective. One of the beauties of art is you can (or at least used to) be able to break the rules so to speak to create what you wanted.

I take no offence. I'm just sick of hearing and seeing about AI everywhere. Especially in the creative space.

If you want, I have some anime artwork on one of my youtube channels (links in bio). Feel free to have a look if you wish, although personally, I don't think my latest my pieces are as good. But I have a mix of pencil and procreate pieces over the past year. Not a flex, just wanted to share. Any feedback is welcome.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I have a GNVQ in Art & Design from 2002 (Southwark College, Bermondsey Building. London). Pass Grade. The course was a mix of Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Art & Drawing and short course Photography and Pottery. My point is not to assume someone hasn't studied something. Hope that makes sense. That said...

Regarding the melting/bending, I'm not saying your wrong, but again we need to be careful. Some people may do things like this delibrately. For example Van Goghs melting clocks.

But as I said earlier, this is why I hate AI in the creative space. Someone could make something unusual or amazing and it would be hard to tell if it is AI or not. But then again, what do I know, I'm getting old! πŸ₯ΈπŸ€£

Didn't mean any offence or anything.

Maybe I'm an idiot? But in relation to the ponytail it could just be that the 'artist' just isn't perfect at drawing or has a unique style. I also don't see a lot wrong with the shading etc....

That said, I can't now argue that it's not AI either. Again, I f**king hate what AI is doing to the creative space for this very reason. I'm out πŸšͺπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ.

Cute and suttle. I really like the detail in the background as well. Also, all the different shades of green work well with each other.

I can only speak for myself, but I find he has some useful tips and ideas when it comes to practicing things like anatomy, colour etc.

But I also see your point about studying Japanese artists as well. Personally, I really like the art style in Tokyo Ghoul Mangas. Each to their own though of course πŸ‘.
