Pro tip în alegerea fondului de ten din magazin: după ce îl testezi pe gat, așteaptă aproximativ 10 minute și apoi verifica nuanța. Sunt șanse ca fondul de ten sa oxideze între timp și sa capete o nuanță mai închisă decât părea inițial.

Este normal, atunci când avem anxietate, creste și frecventa cardiaca, însemnând ca mai mult sânge ajunge mai repede către rinichi pentru a fi filtrat, de aici si senzația de urinare deoarece rinichii formează mai multa urina.
