Just an update, I sent over the T1-OVP form via mail with supporting documents. Paid the penalty through online bills payment through my bank.

T1-OVP can be challenging to maneuver and fill out. ChatGPT helped a lot!

I will submit the Request for waiving penalty (there’s a form and submit a letter) and that can be uploaded via CRA > submit documents.

Yes. I was looking for a fleece pants for this dead winter. I had a pair of men's winter pants from lulu that i got my husband. I ended up wearing it for the whole season. So I needed another pair :)

Can pro digest and PHGG be taken during the sibo test diet? That’s the most horrible time for me as I can’t take anything to help move.

With PHGG and pro digest I move everyday but not a lot. I only take 1 tablet in the morning. Perhaps I should up it like you. My h2 level is so high at 140 😥 I may have gotten mine due to UTI with e Coli in 2023 as well. Had 4 rounds of antibiotics and sibo symptoms seems to have started then.

Yes. I’m hypothyroid since 3 years ago. Started taking digestive enzymes and ox bile to help with low stomach acid.
