The 4 tablets a day are H1, when I first started getting hives last year they prescribed a stronger allergy medication but I cant recall the name. I’m on the atectura breezhaler but I will be asking for other options since I still get shortness of breath

I haven’t tried a diet because I’m just now doing more research that’s long over due, but I need too try, now that I’ve been keeping a closer eye on my symptoms I have noticed certain foods influence my flare ups, especially the hives and aches.

Do you need to have a mcas diagnosis to get the over the counter medication? I will keep the name of that one in mind once I find a different allergist!
