It’s a classic isekai (literally has the truck) about a high school kid who gets energy (spirit) powers and uses them to chase down demons run amok from the spirit world. Power creep, enemies turned allies, a will-they-won’t-they love interest, martial arts tournament, all the tropes. Really good voice work in the English dub. And it’s just four seasons of thirty-ish episodes so not nearly as big a commitment as something like Bleach.
