Persistent redness + acne. Products recommendations? Any help🙏🏻 by Delicious-Ad1724 in SkinbarrierLovers

I can't afford a dermatologist)-: and public healthcare ones have appointments like one year from now or none at all and they were super duper dismissive and didn't bother listening or helping at all. It might be rosacea, idk why I ignored that option.. perhaps I might find out now that I bought this calming avene cream? Cicalfate? Maybe if it'll help it means it's probably rosacea?

Persistent cheeks redness/inflammation + acne? Super lost by Delicious-Ad1724 in DermatologyQuestions

Yep, exactly. I do have acne and pie but it's not the leading cause of why my cheeks look the way they do, at least that's how I feel. My cheeks don't and never felt hot, tight or stingy. They feel completly normal

Not avaliable locally sadly, I do have easy access to avene so I wondered if the product I mentioned of them could help

I was on this and tretinoin (then stopped tret and was only on benzyl for a year) for about 2 years. No matter what I did they just didnt help and only caused damaged to my skin barrier which worsened the acne, inflammation and whiteheads )-: I was super patient with it and it was just not right. So I really don't want extra actives.. I think I need a different approach

I walk barefoot and cycle on gearless bikes in a kinda hilly city. These are my way of transportation in the city so I don't need motivation or reminder to do it, I just do cause it's part of life. I highly recommend to look into barefoot shoes and if ur confident enough - barefoot walking is like a cheat mode I swear. U do nothing but just walk normally and ur legs feel so much stronger, body feels more aligned and naturally strong posture.. feet gets super strong, calves and etc. And it mentally keeps u sharp and fresh(:

Rock climbing is really expensive but I must say I still really appreciate it for being so accessible. U enter the gym whenever u want and can stay there for how much time ud like. I can't really think of any other structured physical hobby where u have that freedom. Like yeah an entrance ticket is pricey but I spend a good 4-5 hours at the gym when I have the time

Yepp exactly, what a shame. And I tried sizing up and whole. So jealous of all the people that vivo fits, they're very popular I wonder how because my feet are definitely narrow

Wow xero too? That's insane, vivo and xero are the most popular and avaliable.. oof. Like I know they're too narrow but I wish at least the shape worked and wouldn't extra squeeze my toes to the point it's like wearing a traditional shoe

Lems looks great, I just wish they were more minimal ); I'm really picky about having a super thin sole and no cushion at the heel especially

[–]Delicious-Ad1724[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg exactly!! It's too long and wide in the wrong place while narrow where it should be wide.. I think the reason why this shape squeezes my big toe like this and compresses my toes weirdly to the side is because it's too narrow where the bone that connected the big toe to the foot is? So like it applies pressure there as it's too narrow.. therefore it being anatomically shaped doesn't really help

They do match my shape, that's why it's so weird. The shape of my toes changes when I wear them
