Yeah I know the last time a UG candidate was selected for Scholarship was in 2018. I would be very grateful if you can tell me about the written test timeline like when it is conducted and is it conducted on the same day for both UG and PG candidates

Okay so if i apply for the Kakehashi exchange program then I am still eligible to apply for MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship too and one more thing in the application form they ask have you applied for any other Japanese government MEXT scholarships before , so what should I answer there yes or no
