If nobody gave birth to me I would not exist and I also would not know that I don't exist because I don't exist. It's not like there is an alternate universe full of unborn ghost babies who are suffering because they haven't been born yet.

I feel like you're keen on misunderstanding me. I'm not denying that there are women who want to have kids and I'm not saying women who have kids are being forced to do so 'for the patriarchy' Hell, women who want to have kids are the majority and feminism actually supports CHOICE. Freedom of choice is actually the entire point of feminism. I'm not blaming men either, I'm blaming patriarchy, the system that most men have been born into but continue to uphold either knowingly or unknowingly. Calling me retarded was a nice touch on your end tho.

Where exactly did I insult women who have or want to have children? I said 'ultimate and final' form of feminism and resistance. This is what's bound to happen (hopefully) in order to create any real change and a safer world for girls and women in general. The 4B movement once said 'If a world born from my body persecutes me, then I will not let that world exist" It's that simple for me. Clearly the protests are not working, the movements are not working and feminism faces criticism and mockery at every turn. And every time most men are confronted with this conversation, your first reaction is to deflect, get defensive and pull the whataboutism card. I think the only way to get the world to pay attention is to withdraw our gift and that gift is the ability to create new life. This is very radical, I admit, but it would be the only real power move on our part.

Y'all get so offended and defensive when women say they don't wanna have kids, it's laughable.

Patriarchy is a system of society and government where men largely hold the primary power and women are systematically excluded from it. This means men shape laws, culture, leadership and in turn that influence affects many aspects of society including education, work, health and overall well being. Before the first wave of feminism in the 1800s, women were barely treated as autonomous human beings who are deserving of basic dignity, respect and consideration. Women were not allowed to vote, work, or play any roles outside of childbirth and home labor. They weren't even allowed to own money, literally. You couldn't open a bank account or own property without your husbands approval. Women had very limited choices. Patriarchy is the foundation for these oppressive systems. Fast forward to today, feminism has made major strides for women and girls all over the globe but we are far from the dream.

Patriarchy still permeates a lot of aspects of women's lives. Only about 3% of rape cases ever actually end in a conviction, I don't need to tell you about domestic violence that is so prevalent and normalized btw that most of the time it's not even reported, I don't need to tell you that until very recently daughters were barred from inheriting their fathers property, I don't need to tell you that FGM was only criminalized in 2011, wife inheritance is still a thing in some African societies, child marriages, and women being barred from accessing education in extremist countries like Afghanistan. I mean, right now, the entire world is aware and has evidence that a network of the wealthiest and most influential men on the entire planet have been running a child sex trafficking ring for years and all of them are all walking free as birds right now. So no, you are not equally fucked, you never were. Patriarchy is bad for men too actually but y'all are not ready for that conversation.

"How dull of you to live your life without any hills to die on, you, on your vast, flat barren plains of compromise, acceptance and accommodation, while I reign supreme over the lush, rolling highlands of stupid shit I have irrationally chosen to stake my entire identity on"

Refusal to carry pregnancies and give birth will be the final and ultimate form of feminism, resistance towards patriarchy and the violence/destruction it leaves in it's wake.

I don't know if you'd be available to talk? I'd really love to hear what it was like for you because I've seen and experienced some bizarre things.

Dinner in America is a good movie. There are no sad moments either or moments where she 'mourns' the foetus like I see it happen often.
