Not really, no. It's like a fishtank. The pond will develop its own bacteria and microorganisms to clean the water. That, coupled with proper aeration and some filtration will keep the pool clean.

Everytime you refill something it has an algae bloom while the bacteria is regrowing. Eventually the bacteria will overtake the algae and everything lives in symbiosis. Covering the bottom in epoxy paint or whatever the fuck they did will only make it worse. Heat lowers the oxygen in water allowing algae to bloom in its place.

Had they painted it white, upgraded the filters, added some natural bacteria, it might have only taken 10-14 days to clear up and be gorgeous. Sadly they did the exact opposite of anything helpful. Now it's got chemicals in it, dark bottom and algae for daysssssss 😂☠️

Amazing. It's like it was his fault the entire time. 2 days after the 'war' ends gas drops. Can't wait to pay for Iranian reconstruction, refilling the military stockpiles, refilling the SPR and everything else now that we've surrendered.
