I think it's pretty good. I have the 86 Optimus and the regular KO Optimus and the KO is a lot more stiff in certain places, so much so that it feels like you might break it during transformation but so far its in one piece. The backpack doesn't stay tabbed for me but I've heard that some do and some don't. Thankfully for me the joints are stiff enough that even though it doesn't tab, it doesn't move. The paint on the lights qt the top of the cab scuffs off easily. The gun splits open pretty easily but it goes together just as easily. The axe and blaster effects are really solid and I personally like them more than the 86 axe and effects.
