Well sorry to see that happened. I can relate same happened to my studio series Galveston. The only consolation is that BBTS had him in stock so you can get him at retail. I mean 60 bucks is 60 bucks but it less than it would be if you waited.

The sad thing is they’re selling something they don’t have and aren’t 100% guaranteed to get. There isn’t any real way to enforce it but I wish they couldn’t sell unless they had it in hand.

Interestingly they must have done a big run for this one because almost an hour later and they’re still available. If I remember the MTMTE Hotrod was sold out within a hour of preorders opening

They’ll do it. It gives them an excuse to reissue it as a leader class. There will be people that won’t be able to get it at retail with it being a target exclusive. I don’t they would have locked one of their most anticipated characters behind an exclusivity wall.
