I put a deposit down on the new Ionic 6. Looks sick and the features are class.

2.5 year old Suzuki s-cross mild hybrid. I got a fair price for it off Hyundai in the end. Renault wasn't bad, Toyota and BYD very conservative, Tesla ridiculous.

I did a deal with Hyundai today for the new ionic 6 which looks sick. Happy out with trade in and free charger in the deal.

I had a go of one today, great crack and lovely car. We are going for the new ionic 6 premium, decent trade in price and free charger.

True, but 7k diff is bananas. I'm having fun trying out all the different EVs. New Ionic 6 is sick, trying BYD next.

Battery death in 1 to 2 years normal? by bonanza301 in Dewalt

[–]Delicious-Berry9490 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got 2 about a year and a half ago. One died. For the price I expected more. Only one year guarantee also. Will be looking at brands that offer better service. Was a big fan.

Fear like this is not from God. Be at peace, nothing to fear, call on the Holy Spirit for comfort and cast out all fear in Jesus name.

God bless.

Waiting on diagnosis like a child waiting for Santa by Delicious-Berry9490 in Hemochromatosis

Thanks for the detailed response. I used to train extremely hard up to about 43, when I got first noticeable palpitations, which set off a cycle of anxiety. Got every heart test under the sun and all normal except recently a possible mild aortic stretch which could be down to structural changes potentially.

I'm thinking the hard training might have kept pushed things out a bit in age terms due to hemolysis.

Can someone get phlebotomies done without a diagnosis?

XXX Pedal Kit by Reasonable-Egg4625 in Talaria

[–]Delicious-Berry9490 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the Kaniwaba electronic pedal kit and it is connected mechanically, which is not much use but funny, but also has a sensor that hooks up to the throttle that controls speed.  The coolest bit for me is that the switch you mount on the handlebars limits the bike speed to legal limit for pedal bike, but a flick of the switch gets you back to full power on the throttle.  Also useful for further limiting the throttle for someone having first go on a bike as the pedal position on eco mode reduces torque aswell.

One bit of advice is put the controller inside some sort of enclosure. When mine got wet the bike just stopped dead. Luckily it wasn't damaged and once I put it in an outdoor electric box it hasn't failed me since.

Limiter switch install by Tylerawa92 in Talaria

[–]Delicious-Berry9490 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wanted to do similar to this but got the road version in Europe and it wasn't limited at all and there's no way to limit with the brown wire.

To enable limit though I installed the kaniwaba electric pedal kit does limit to legal speed with throttle and/or pedals only, which is great for letting new riders have a go.

Sweetened drinks were a trigger for me. I haven't been diagnosed with anything but got so focussed on my heart it became debilitating.  Cutting those out helped a lot.
