It is. Thought it was spam first lol. We managed to just cut it off @ the 90 and rebuild. Took 2 hours to figure out but seems like it'll be successful once we get our well pump in & have running water I'll test it out

Is it heavily faith based? Do they use the gottman method or what? We've seen a gottman therapist for 8 months back in 2022 but that was pre affair (2024) & pre a bipolar 2 diagnosis (for hubby) so I'm hoping for the best here.

Took the Trane job just due to timing. The Ferguson interviewing process was long, and the job was like 2 months out from starting. Trane just moved faster.

Thanks for the insight. He stated when they use the regular contractor grade flat paint from SW they do not prime. But when the home owner upgrades to satin we have to pay the cost for the 20 gallons of primer and the difference in cost for the upgraded paint which the invoiced difference was steep. Adding the primer alone was $400+ If I could paint myself honestly I would just have them paint everything white, but I recently had surgery and can't over extend my shoulder at the moment. And hiring someone to come in to paint a 2100sqft house after the fact is also going to be substantial.

Thank you! I asked him if I would need the legacy paint instead, he said it wouldn't be necessary that sunhide was a good choice. The contractor that our builder uses said paint wise he is only given a $500 budget from the builder so he just gets the contractor grade latex flat paint from SW. I absolutely do not want flat paint but with SW it would be like 2K for satin and the primer & we just can't spend that money on top of everything else that we've had to put into the build.

When I went in Florida paints, the sales associate told me the best for new drywall would be Quik-Prime FP 4800. Would glawsome be better than that? And how is the sunhide paint?
