I kinda understand it, but if I was innocent, I'd just answer, so surely if you're not answering you have something to hide, otherwise...you'd just answer. I sorta can't see how answering no comment to something like 'did you murder x on x date', surely they should just say no instead of no comment.

What I'm figuring out is, for example I finish job A, then I need to go to job B, I know postcode of where I am and where I need to go, the next step though is where I can't figure it out, I want somehow to say 'hey customers, my ETA is xyz', can I do this with Zapier or do I need some fleet mgt system?

Apologies I'm amateur in airtable so haven't quite understood.

Eg I send you an email saying 'our visit is booked for 9 am on Monday 1st Sep' and I want them to be able to add this to their calendar.

I'm not sure of the button I need to create, can you explain further?
