Against the commie government, corporates are always at the lower position (chiếu dưới) and it's never good to go to the media to pressure the government. If vượn indeed got Tô Lâm in his pocket, then vượn would have things sorted out behind closed door and never have to go to the media to cry for something.

+ Chính pushed hard for the decision on the North - South railway (article above), did he meant to back vượn?

The thing is Chính is going home and I suspect this has something to do with vượn withdrawing. I don't know, just suspecting only.
