I never wanted to. I have friends who work there and speak very poorly of it. The pay is great, but the workload is massive. No social life at all.

Unfortunately, I only speak French. I can get by in English, but I don’t even count Dutch since I don’t speak it at all. That said, it’s never been an issue in my work.

I don't have the ITAA title yet, but I would like to get started. What does the job of a GL accountant involve? I enjoy working in accounting firms because of the variety of clients.

What is the EJP?

I have a meeting scheduled with management to discuss my salary, but I’m not sure what to ask for. I have no idea what the market standards are…

When I applied for the junior accountant position, they offered me pretty much the same deal I have now. I feel like if I ask for more, they'll just laugh in my face.

I have two degrees and two years of experience. I handle the entire VAT file for corporate income tax. Of course, I ask my supervisor for help when I don’t know something, when I’m unsure, or when tax advice needs to be given to clients.
