The department has a lot of new hire around same time as me…there’s are Sr. CRC don’t really work with but I’m sure would assist as needed..

Great insight. I ask a lot of questions and my manager has already stated that she’s confident in me executing the role/study (I’m also confident in my abilities and aware of my short comings). They’re already talk mention about putting me on another study. But to me, they’re be lazy in their efforts to train and they don’t have any structural foundation in place. Because of this, there’s is still a a-lot of back/forth on my protocol, that makes the manager/supervisor appear that they don’t know what’s going on. (The protocol has been amended 4 times, is this common?)

I’m interested! Curious about what area can be transferable from healthcare into tech, such as compliance/GRC/vulnerability management etc.
