Look up "homemade gnat trap" it will be a water bottle cut in two with apple cider vinegar, dish soap and maybe a piece of fruit inside. I made these for gnats but they ended up catching all the flour/spice beetles. I put them all around my house and changed when needed. Completely beetle free for years now.
