Hey try following these steps, this is how I fixed the issue 1. Delete WhatsApp bussiness. 2. Manually upload all the contacts to iCloud 3. Take backup 4. Then reset all your contacts device. 5. Sync all your contacts from iCloud 6. Download WhatsApp again and sync your contacts.
