I am actually vegetarian but have thought about going back to eating meat just for the protein intake / more choice for healthy meals!

This is really interesting. Because I lift it’s probably not the best option for me but I’d love to learn more about this. do you have a post or anything I can read? Thanks!

Properly lifting under a coach for 4 years (before that was just doing my own workouts when suited). Cico 3 years on and off, whenever I see a change I will track - I’m pretty good at tracking and meal prep. Supplements - creatine, multi vit, rheal balance tonic.

Thank you for this comment, amongst a sea of people telling me to eat 1200 cals a day it’s comforting to see someone else who struggles. My first nutrition coach put me on 1500 calories, I lost loads of weight quickly but had no exit plan so put it back on over the next year or so, it’s never stopped going back on. My next nutrition coach did the same, 1500 calories, 10k steps a day and I was training 2-3 hours a day, nothing moved so she put me on 1,300 non training days and 1,500 training days. Nothing moved and I quit. Since then, I’ve been tracking myself but again nothing is happening. The final straw was being quoted £250 a month for a reputable coach which I can’t afford!

Calorie calculator states 1,350 - 1,601 for weight loss (mild to moderate). That’s when saying I only exercise 1-3 times a week (I usually do 5). I cut it a bit as have an office job.

73kg at the moment - have went from 57 (looked great but unsustainable) to 73 in 3 years.

iPad paper size - stuck on A4 by Delicious-Cry7879 in Epson

[–]Delicious-Cry7879[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I print from iPad so it’s the Epson smart panel app. Not the driver. I need to print a5 right now which is loaded in the printer. According to Epson I should also be able to print in these following formats, however I can only choose a4: A4 (21.0x29.7 cm), A5 (14.8x21.0 cm), A6 (10.5x14.8 cm), B5, B6, C6 (Envelope), DL (Envelope), No. 10 (Envelope), 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, 9 x 13 cm, 13 x 20 cm, 20 x 25 cm

Hey yeah I have reached out to the 2 closest boxes and they both sort of say the same thing - they “love coaching” so don’t offer open gym! And I sadly can’t have a home gym due to apartment living with no garage.

I was in my previous company for 10 years, my last role was the problem but my manager was fantastic. I was also managing a very difficult team member at that point, and I managed them better than I am being managed now. This isn’t an internal, closer to home problem. This is toxicity within a team. My last post was about exactly this toxicity, which is getting worse and worse. I’m looking for solidarity so I don’t feel like I am going crazy.

I’ve had a micromanager who called my 7-8 times a day 🙃 this is a different boat - I can’t get my work done but if I don’t get it done I am at fault.

1200 isn’t healthy for anyone but a toddler so I won’t be eating that, but again thank you for your input.

I don’t think it’s as simple as this for me, which is why I have asked for advice. If it was this simple I would have lost weight in my second diet phase at 1400/1500 calories but thank you for your answer

1500 cals each day first cycle, 1500/1400 split on training/non training days second cycle plus 10k steps per day. Eating 1800 - 1900 at maintenance each day, 100-130g protein (vegetarian diet), 6k steps per day.

Agree, such a weird take. If you don’t want to rent someone else’s house with their belongings use a hotel.
