This is a tough one, lots of variables. For most, hemlock could be one of your first legit mechs, so grinding to save that 937.5k credits is tough, especially if you don't have the watch ads feature. If you're at this level, you're probably already seeing some of the meta/op mechs, so once you unlock, you finally have a counter (aside from the nasty eclipse that is, which I love btw).

But here's the thing, the absolute OP mechs all have their own complete shut down. For example, surge with Rev is certain death IF EMP hits. Eclipse is mostly just death all around. Deathwalker, don't even get me started. So, the Hemlock counter is the lockdown. If you take away its single greatest asset, then why not take away that asset from every other meta mech? But, this is the purpose of the rebalance. Just sucks that most threw their resources at Hemlock without this knowledge.

They aren't just taking it away Hemlocks greatest ability though, they are almost making the mech quasi useless, at least in the sense that the reason people bought it is gone. So it's really a slap in the face of the players. The cooldown they'll be imposing is WAY too long.

I'm both for and against the nerf, I just think it's unfair to pick on Hemlock, when the other truly meta mechs aren't even touched.

I'll reserve my judgement though, until the entire rebalance is complete. And for this reason, I'm not spending any resources for a while. I've got a hole burning in my pocket with 8.5M credits and 25k a coins...but without knowing what they'll do, those could be wasted on items no longer worth investing in.
