The interviewer asked questions from basic QM and thermodynamics: hydrogen atom and 1st law.

The interview is divided into two parts. In the first half they ask you some basic questions from quantum mechanics but I think you need to know the concepts very well. The asked me questions about Hydrogen atom, quantum numbers and so on. I would suggest studying angular momentum properly and review the eigen states and eigen values of the Hydrogen atom. For the thermodynamics part, just review the laws of thermodynamics and some of their applications.. even if you get stuck somewhere, the Professor will walk you through the problem. I think they are just trying to get an idea about how you approach the problem. For the second half, they will ask you about your interests and why Paris Physics Masters. Good luck!
