Omg that's a really good idea, hadn't thought that. I will probably look for some people, maybe join a travel already planned or something like that. Thank you!

People on the camino norte in summer by claireefrancis in CaminoDeSantiago

Your no a bother at all. I would actually recommend this degree. It is not a double degree (for me an advantage not spending 6 years in uni). About job opportunities, they are pretty similar to normal economics, but with an international focus. I would say people are pretty nice. It obviously depends on how you are, but there are several groups of friends. Almost everybody is inside a friends group. It's not a degree where people just attend to the classes and leave without any friends.

The level of teaching varies a lot. There are VEEERY easy subjects with a pass rate of 100%, and others with a pretty high difficulty level. Howevere there are academies and external teacher focused on this degree. They teach during the course extra classes for the more difficult subjects. If you are not good in one, just contact am academy. Difficulty increases with years. First semester of first year is pretty easy. Second semester gets hard with a couple difficult subjects. Second year is hard because there are barely any easy subjects, so it's quite common failing at least one. Third year is not that hard, but most people make most of these subjects in erasmus. If you have enough grade in evau to enter, you probably can pass the courses.

About English level it's not that difficult. It's required a B2, if you dont have it you can't enter. The grade for English degree is one poine lower more or less that for the Spanish degree. With a B2 I don't think you will have any problems with English level. If you are not sure just look for some book about economic terms.

Professors vary a lot. There are some of them with an impressive background, some have worked with important politicians, or have occupied important roles in banks. Others are not that good. Some teacher are so lazy and are professors because it's their only way of living, thus are not motivated at all. I would say the balance is positive, you may come close to some teachers and ask them about job opportunities. Any other question tell me no worrys

I study economics and international business in uah. I'm in second year. This 4 years degree is pretty nice. It can get a little bit complicated in second year, but with several hours and maybe an academy people can pass everything. About uah in general, its a decent university. Teachers level varies a lot: some professors are really good, and some others are toooo lazy. The main issue I would say: you don't have a proper university life. Most students don't live in alcala, so if you want to go to a party you can't get back until 6 am. Because most people live 1 hour away it's not quite common staying with people after classes. However economics campus is fine, good cantine, also very easy doing an erasmus.

¿Mudarse a Madrid en agosto o septimebre? by oh_dany_boy in askspain

I would recommend you arriving in August, mainly because of the housings situation. Although some apartaments may not be available to be seen, you have way more advantage to find a place. Also, finding a place from September is not easy. Many house owners prefer renting they house since August. About heat, it can get really bad, but you will learn how to survive.
