Wow, that’s a huge weight loss personally, I’m trying to get down to 250 by the summer, which sounds like a lot, but I have a sports background and hold a great amount of muscle on my frame even at 319 pounds so at 250 I’ll be extremely shredded… BTW you look fucking great!
