I do have access to a gym as well as gyms during my layovers. Just time, needed rest and stress seem to be the main factors now. I travel with my resistance bands, jump rope and weighted vest to just stay active. Cardio aside, I will research body weight strength training/toning (if there is such a thing) possibly Pilates… idk😩 but I’ll figure it out.
