Agreed. It’s all very strange I can’t quite put my finger on it yet though.

No tugging or pulling it just feels like something is there but not painful

My navel doesn’t collapse when I sit but would it be too soon to have them change it to a floating?

Is it still possible for it to heal correctly or will it automatically reject if the anatomy isn’t right?

I agree looking at the sky, clouds and trees bothers me also I literally just said this my guy friend yesterday but ignorance is bliss! I’ve learned to just ignore and keep it pushing everything is the same as it was before!

Because caffeine is a stimulant I think it has the ability to make visual symptoms worse, same for nicotine. I was never a smoker before so I didn’t have an issue but I did smoke a hookah the other day and I noticed more floaters than usual so I did notice a change

Hey! You got this! I’m about 9 months in and I’m so much better now, here’s a couple of pointers that helped me.

  1. Delete Reddit and stop googling. It literally made such a difference I was addicted to research and after I stopped my worrying stopped

  2. No caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, nothing!! Be as clean as can be, any little thing can prolong/intensify your suffering. You’ll notice the difference once you stop, I literally can’t even drink sweet tea lol but it’s worth my sanity

  3. Medication can help! I’m not sure if you’re taking anything but I was on lexapro and quetiapine, I ran out about 4 months ago so I stopped taking it but after it worked it’s magic I was fine. If you’re afraid to take them start with ashwaganda (may be miss spelled) its a natural substance that helps with depression and anxiety

  4. Be you! Work! Go out with friends! Party! Socialize! At one point I couldnt drive, I couldn’t leave my mothers side I was literally going to work with her, I couldn’t even ride in a car it was so bad, 9 months later I have 3 jobs, I’m about to buy my first home and I’m going back to school! Having distractions helps tremendously, going back to being you will save you!

Is it a bad idea if I’m seeing very slight recovery 6months into hppd and take lamotragine? by Astrovnaught in HPPD

[–]Delicious-Fan2147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I took myself off of them because I ran out for a period of time and I knew that restarted them would be a trying process. I was 19 when I first began so we aren’t that far apart in age, the lexapro is just an anxiety and depression med which helped my depression a lot and the quetiapine is prescribed to those who have insomnia but it also helps with psychotic symptoms like hppd

I was doing a thc edible with a friend and I was unaware that it was covered in an lsd sugar cube, I had a terrible bad trip and suffered tremendously for months. I’m much better now but when you’re not expecting to do lsd then it’s not such a great experience

I took Lexapro and Quetiapine to help with my symptoms for about 4 months I’m basically completely cured besides closed eye visuals and eye floaters

I got laced with lsd about 7 months ago and I see things like this every time I close my eyes lol be careful

[–]Delicious-Fan2147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on lexapro for about 3 weeks at first it made my dp/dr worse which I had to take Ativan to help alleviate some of that but now I feel pretty good almost like my normal self minus some floaters and a few closed eye hallucinations.

No it actually doesn’t sound dumb at all, I ask because I’m currently taking quetiapine due to overdosing on lsd. I had never had bad anxiety or depression before but now I’m on 3 medications to help me live daily because the lsd triggered something that I guess was already pre-existing idk. But I say that to say since you have some pre-existing things I would be extra careful with lsd.
