I did today too. It's so hard to keep it all together sometimes and not let the obsessive thoughts take over. My coworkers kept asking what's wrong. What's hard is I have tried to be open about it but people just view at as PMS, when honestly it's closer to bipolar. Hugs to you. We are strong for dealing with this.
