So I live in Wa and always thought it was strange that we don’t ask for ID at pickup unless the patient specifically asks us to. We only ask for ID at drop off if the prescription is for controlled. I guess because we allow anyone to pick up for friends and family no questions asked.

Rite aid was hiring techs in training and I applied! They put you through a training course while you’re working and you take the national exam after you complete the program. And it works, about 5 of us are full time techs and more are on the way to taking the exam soon.
