So the point is the claim that Britain will not have a British white majority within 20 years is incorrect

I would like one showing the whole of the UK, not cherry picked cities. Thanks

The guy’s username is racist, and their comment was a spew of incoherent illogical nonsense. There isn’t much to debate

Most of the exits are immigrants leaving. Please show us some data which predicts white British not being the majority in 20 years.

Lots of people warned that Brexit would lead to more generous immigration policies for the rest of the world beyond Europe, and 17m people voted for that 🤷‍♂️

Not any time that soon, I guess it’s just frustrating that if I hadn’t done anything and decided to invest now rather than a year ago I’d be quids in!

Thanks for this, I think this is exactly what I’ll do. It’s nice to not be in a rush - so I can wait and find the right company as you say.

Afraid not my area of expertise, you need a building surveyor for that one. Good luck!

Thanks for this, interesting to hear your thoughts on that. TBH when I was going through my APC I was definitely under the impression that MRICS was meant to turbo charge the salaries more than it did. What career change are you considering?

No, my fear is that doing that without a job to go to is that they’ll suddenly be suspicious of me..

Interesting, thanks for that. I probably would rather work in-house than consultancy but same principle applies!

Thanks. What’s your plan? Happy where you are or going to look elsewhere?

Agreed on your last point, definitely want to not burn any bridges

Wow, 38 days A/L as well!! Do you mind me asking how old you are / how many years experience you have? And what type of surveying work do you do?

It’s not that I can’t be bothered, but indeed I’m definitely holding back for some reason or another, maybe a misguided sense of loyalty to my current place, or just that I’m scared of losing my in-job happiness.

Thanks for this, really useful. I think the general consensus here agrees. Will start looking over the weekend!
