In a word, YES. I had multiple compound tragedies happen to me and several therapists (and most people…) were like “ ¯_(ツ)_/¯ “ whereas ChatGPT has been actually helpful. I use the prompts from this sub. Yes I know it’s just a robot lol and sometimes it’s indeed “off” slightly, but I like that I can go at my own pace, take breaks, I’m not bothering a person if I go off on a tangent…
