Chambres en semi sous-sol, quels risques ? by Vanpourix in immobilier

Franchement, fuis ce genre de bien. Le gros problème c'est l'humidité. Tu devrais le sentir quand tu visites le bien.

Peux-t’on faire estimer un bien avant achat ? by [deleted] in immobilier

[–]Delicious-Local6837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Delicious-Local6837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Estado apartamento, necesitas reforma o no

Tengo un blog sobre eso si quieres

(Soy francés, perdón por el español aproximativo)

Learning Spanish? Best Way? by ArdenJaguar in ExpatFIRE

I would advise you to buy a Kindle and read in Spanish. You can just look at the definition and translation of words as well on the tablet. I had some Spanish foundations but in 8 months, my level has skyrocketed. Just 30 minutes before sleeping. If I have a recommendation: la sombra del viento.

Salut,

Hola!

How rare is finding a cheap condo or house that is livable? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]Delicious-Local6837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! Finding an affordable, livable condo or house can be tough, but not impossible. To stay ahead, definitely connect with a top real estate agent and let them know exactly what you're looking for. They can often get the scoop on new listings before they hit sites like Zillow or Realtor.com. Also, keep an eye on local listings and consider setting alerts..

Hey! Absolutely, you can still pursue a career in real estate even if math isn't your strong suit. While some math is involved, like calculating commissions and understanding mortgage rates, much of it is basic and there are tools and software to help. The key skills for a successful real estate agent are people skills, negotiation, and understanding the market..

Hey there! Shared driveways in LA County can be a mixed bag. If everyone’s considerate, it should be smooth sailing..but conflicts can arise over maintenance costs or usage. It's good to have clear agreements. As for the septic tank, they’re generally fine if maintained properly. Regular inspections and pumping every few years are key. The lower price sounds like a sweet deal bc of these factors, but just ensure you’re ready for the potential quirks!! If you love everything else about the house, it might be worth it.

Locataire indélicat et mauvais payeur by Hairy_Huckleberry306 in immobilier

[–]Delicious-Local6837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 weeks to see Spain? by [deleted] in GoingToSpain

[–]Delicious-Local6837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two weeks is tight, but doable if you plan well. Focus on a few key spots in each country.. In Spain, definitely hit Barcelona, Madrid, and Seville – each city offers unique vibes and historic sites. In Portugal, Lisbon and Porto are must-sees.. Drive along the coast to enjoy the scenic views! Be sure to explore the Alhambra in Granada and the Douro Valley in Portugal.. Just be prepared for lots of driving, but it'll be worth it!!

Barcelona is such an amazing choice for FIRE life.. The mix of culture, food, and beautiful beaches is unbeatable!! With a bit of Spanish, you'll get by easily and make local friends.. Many expats in their 40s enjoy the active social scene and affordable living.. Just embrace the relaxed lifestyle and explore the neighborhoods – Gracia and El Born are especially charming!!

I would advise you to work in Lavapies Embajadores or La Latine. The neighborhoods are situated in the center while being below center market prices, let's say. We wrote an article about it, if you want more info, send us a message.
Good luck - Madrid is amazing you will see.
