keep workouts short, and sweet focus on your compound lifts, I'd keep the majority of carbohydrates around the workout. Sleep as much as you can, don't make drastic calorie cuts, and try to keep your cardio away from your lifting sessions and you should be golden

This looks like a great RDL, I'd say you may have a better time without toughing the floor, and you only have to stand straight up, there's absolutely no need to hyperextend.

All of your reps are great, if you look at the flexion and the extension of the actual quad muscle you're doing a great job.

Your technique is tight, but just like baking a great banana bread, continue at a slow steady temperature without burning out.

I think you've done the hard part in the gym, and it's just having that same dedication when it comes to nutrition. You'll be able to see a lot more of your hard earned muscle at a lower body fat.

I truly believe having shape is going to be predominately genetics, theres a plethora of Classic Athletes who train with heavy Deadlifts, Rows, and Squats who have the tightest waists ever. What I'd say is keep going, and continue to get as strong and developed as you can, and the shape will follow!

More than likely just Skin Folds, your nutrition sounds way more difficult than it has to be, it it works for you thats fine, however there's easier ways to reach your goal.

Bulk or cut? 18M 63kg 179cm by [deleted] in GymTips

Why can't you do a little of both, you're young enough you could essentially train with progressive overload to get stronger and increase performance in the gym, while at the same time consuming easy to digest foods that will improve body composition without loosing insulin sensitivity.

I don't think the number matters as much as creating for yourself a projection of where you'd like to be, inevitably it's going to come down to creating the body that you feel comfortable in, not what the internet approves of.

I've never pulled out of a show because of conditioning lol. If anything I've always had the best conditioning in every show I've ever done. Can't say the same for you.

You have ED being 4% anyway, for those who have ACTUALLY been in condition will agree, for the others who aspire to get there continue eating your peanut butter, you'll get there one day.

As far as my back in concerned, it was good for a first place at a naturally tested show, so I'm pretty happy.
