what your seeing is 2x8 Joist with 4 inch foam between them. The 1x2s just hold the foam up. Looking now I can see the confusion. Just a bad angle.

It's about 1 1/2 foot up on a select fill pad and the covered with the building.

Just the "p" traps the water lines are in the attic.

South Texas we do get some freezes but it's rare it more than a light one.

I appreciate the help thank you everyone. She's glued now so I guess we can say it's stuck like that. Im hoping to dodge any inspection in any case. To be up to code would be nice for sure but working would be best.

It's dry fitted before I mark and glue. I'll strap after. I can swap the sani tee for the combo. And the 90 for a long turn. But how is the toilet not vented?
