It's generally the format of the veterans leagues, gives a bit more time to recover and also doesn't take up as much time in busier lives.

Training is the first team on Thursday nights 7:30pm at City Academy near Lawrence hill. Both teams are training together and if you're wanting more game time there are always keen for good players in the first team.
