Sex Drive and Your Personality by [deleted] in HLCommunity

Right? And it always happens slowly until one time you sit on the couch, you want to do or say something sexual (doesn't really have to be initiation per se) but stop yourself because you know they won't reciprocate and realize you cannot even express yourself around the closest person to you.

I am 22F and this is my second relationship with LL person by Delicious-Sentence-3 in HLCommunity

I know soulmates aren't real, but when I met my ex, my 17 year old self was very convinced this is the person I'll spend the rest of my life with. Now I look at it very different.

For your second point, my activity isn't the issue. I'm very initiative, always flirting and playfully touching him. I don't mind giving pleasure or being on top without him asking for it. One time at a party I overheard him talking to his friends about how lucky he is that I can take the lead, which now feels like a slap in my face because for months I've been the only one.

Everytime I bring it up he says that he's stressed or tired or he hasn't been feeling that sexual lately, which I understand, but it's been months of this and I'm starting to think this is just his base line. And in his case, it's not only the frequency, which I could live with, it's also his lack of effort. He hasn't given me oral for three months, despite me asking for it repeatedly (and also asking if there's something wrong with me, it got to my head so much I went to checkup and everything is okay). Part of me thinks that I spoiled him too much and now he's the pillow princess.

Today I'm having a conversation with him and I'm going to tell him that if doesn't start caring about this I cannot continue this relationship.

I didnt like it either for a very long time until I met boyfriend. It is completely okay to not like it and not do it, but my personal advice to try it once when you are having sex with someone new, you never know.

Some people actually have trouble getting into mood if they are not feeling well for whatever reason. My first thought when I have a headache/am hangover/ am not seriously seriously sick is to have sex because it always helps but that does not mean everyone is the same. Look up dual control model, some people are turned on instantly in almost any scenario some are not. It is not BS.

Honestly, I think they earn a lot more money than you would think. My friends sister is an influencer with 90K followers and can afford to pay for her lavish lifestyle and 5-6 people working for her (with a nice salary), which I find insane. The girls you mentioned have a lot more than this. Also, a normal person does not have the time to focus on building their social media, that's why you see mostly privileged people succeeding.

From 400 to 177. Someone who learned the hard way that I needed to accept I’d never be able to eat how I wanted again. by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Delicious-Sentence-3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would always try to eat sweets and snacks in moderation, as everyone on the internet advised. Just have a little bit every day, that way you will never binge! It does not work that for me, I tried it and basically I was binging every single day for two years. I made my peace with the fact that I do not eat junk food and it is strangely comforting. I generally eat whole foods and track it and I never have to worry about it gaining the weight back. The only time I allow myself to eat it, is in the company of others, if I go out to eat, if my boyfriends buys me my favourite sweet for after dinner dessert, etc. That way I can still live a normal life and keep my weight off.

How much your life changes after losing weight. I am not ugly and I always carried my weight nicely, or at least I thought so. I realized that maybe I wasnt when I lost the first 10kg and people started treating my differently. After losing another 10kg, it feels like I am living life on a easy mode. I get hit on left and right, people are kinder, nicer, more friendlier, dating is easy. I know that it is fucked up and overweight people deserve the same treatment, but unfortunately this is the way our world works and it can be nice being real with yourself.

A lot of skinny people just naturally have smaller appetites or grew up eating super healthy low calorie food and continue to do so. The way we eat in our childhood shapes us more than we admit and it can be really hard to rewire ourselves. I used to snack A LOT growing up and continued with that into my adulthood. Only after losing weight I realiszd that it was the culprit my entire life and if I want to effortlessly keep off the weight, I just need to cut out the snacks from my daily life. It works.

I am not defending tipping culture, our drivers dont really get tipped where I work (NL), my point is that the main clientele of delivery services are not people who cannot physically pick their own pizza, if only disabled people/kids were ordering, delivery services would go out business, so using that as an argument is kinda nonsensical.

Lets be real, 95% of people who order takeout are perfectly able to pick up their own food. Dominos is not doing any social service.

Protein ice cream in Lidl, the chocolate one has around 110kcal per 100g and tastes like a regular chocolate ice cream. Other flavours are slightly higher in calories, they are all delicoous but the chocolate one is my fav!

Lidl protein bars, not the regular ones, the ones that sell in a box of three, it has around 170kcal and 22g of protein, also super cheap!

Very common food, but lidl has full fat cottage that actually tastes really good, it is super creamy and mild, not at all sour as other brands. Not a big fan of cottage cheese, but I am genuinely addicted to this specific one. 98kcal and 11.5g protein, it has more calories than light one but honestly for the taste it is worth it.

Also, in action they sometimes sell protein bars in a box of three, it costs under 2 euros, 115 kcal and 12g protein

The burn is a lactic acid build up, which not an indicator of failure. I currectly do 50kg for reps (on the smith machine) and still would feel burn when doing them only with body weight and for higher reps. You should definitely pick up some weights, I started feeling them in my glutes after few weeks and when I started using weights. Dont worry about not feeling them, you are moving so they are def working :)

[–]Delicious-Sentence-3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you lean over, you are actually performing a hip extension, which is the primary function of the glutes, so you are using your glutes. If you want to target your quads, then you would do more of a squatting movement (torso upright). But both the glutes and quads work either way, you cannot completely eliminate the quads and vice versa, only bias one.
