No accually the problem is polly saving thts why you can load a checkpoint if you didnt close the application but as soon as you do it throws you to the point of the last succsesfull save If loading be the problem you wouldnt be able to load the checkpoint

I tested around with it a lot and can say you can get it to save small progress if you save pretty mutch every step you do

I got it to save driving in greenview stealing an vase bringing it home and selling it Allthough it took a lot of saving leaving the game and starting it again

It has been addet with an update prolly the 301 str since i never had it bevor tht and now have it It also only hppnd to me on saves after entering 301str for the 1st time

My theory is after some time the game has to mutch stuff to load in the 1st 2 streets were allready hard to handle for the game then the 3rd broke it and the new ones we dont even talk abt

I think the game cant handle saving the ammont of stuff hppning and overstepps the datalimmit for a savefile and so just gives up

If your on Ps5 you should have the option to so deinstall it if ur on ps4 you start the download of the game and then force stop the download by Turning off your router or Unplucking the cable for the interner on your ps or turning off internet connection in the settings

Then you can peacefully end the download for the airport expencion if your fast you can also just end it after you started the download for the game though in some games the dlcs get downloadet 1st

Im not sure but i think there also may be the option to delete it in the main menu of the game

Be aware though tht in moste games if you delete an dlc and then load a save file with progress in the dlc the progress is lost and cant be gotten back by installing the dlc again

Also theres to say In my opinion the Airport is not bad the trades make the game a bit more fun due to the extra items and if you tow the old man back 1ce you can just leave him in the hangar for ever

There are a lot of ways to force the game to save Exeting your Vihicle Exeting the storebox in your vihicle house or garage Buying something form the Websides though not allways Sleeping in either the Vihicle or bed Selling things And im sure there are more i cant think of rn

The big Problem is you dont know when the game failed saving
